After emergency investigation at 45 Napier road we discovered approx. 1 inch of water with mould growing on the bottom of the skirtings. In our professional opinion all skirtings (Rimu unfortunately that are glued and nailed) need removing and replacing. Minimal gib stopping will be required where small damage from removal and redecorate walls . All carpet to be replaced.
